These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Orkael website, platform, and real-time AI call assistant. By accessing or using Orkael, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the platform

Orkael provides real-time AI guidance for sales calls, along with related insights, summaries, and follow-ups. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Call recording and consent

Some features process live call audio. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining consent from call participants where required.

AI-generated content

Orkael’s suggestions, replies, and insights are generated by AI and are provided for guidance only. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain solely responsible for what you say on calls and for any decisions you make based on the platform’s output.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Orkael and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the platform.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, accessing it without authorization, using it to violate any law, or infringing the rights of others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the platform and cancel your account at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property and limitation of liability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orkael is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost deals arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the platform in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools or services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and Orkael is not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
